Key Facts About Poppy
Description
She can be a little nervous and unsure when she first meets you but she soon comes around with a few tasty treats. She is a very friendly and affectionate girl. Poppy will need socialising with everything from inside the home to out and about on walks. She will need an adopter to give her lots of time and patience as she navigates her new environment. Poppy will need an active family that will give her all the exercise she will need everyday. Previous experience of the breed would be an advantage. Poppy would benefit from a private secure garden.Poppy has socialised well with other dogs whilst in our care so following a successful meet and greet could be rehomed with another dog of similar size (must be neutered). As Poppy can be a little nervous and fearful of loud noises and sudden movements we would prefer any children in the home to be 12+ years.Applications that are successful will be provided with more information on each dog to the best of the charity’s knowledge.
