Remy

We were asked by the Prison Services to take this lad in after he had been gifted to them as a potential prison dog. The agreement is if the dog is not suitable the owner takes them back. Remy is no way brave enough for prison work so his owner was contacted who did not want to know! We spent some time bonding in the paddocks and playing ball. Remy will happily swap a ball for a treat—or another ball! Remy can be selective around other dogs and may show reactive behaviour if allowed. With the right handling, this can be managed, and we’ll continue working with him and share what we’ve learned with his new family. Remy would suit an adult-only home with no other pets. He’ll need calm, confident owners who can provide clear boundaries and continue his training.
