Rex

Rex is a handsome 1-year-old Belgian Malinois x Rottweiler who sadly came into our care due to a change in his previous owners' circumstances. Rex is a big puppy with an equally big personality! He is a fun, affectionate boy with plenty of energy and is looking for an active home where his new family can provide him with the exercise, mental stimulation and ongoing training he needs. Although Rex is a big, bouncy boy, underneath all that energy he can lack confidence in certain situations. He is looking for patient, calm and understanding adopters who can help him build his confidence at his own pace. Rex can be extremely bouncy and doesn't always realise his own size, so his new family will need to be comfortable managing a large, energetic young dog. Rex can initially be strong and pull on the lead when heading out for his walks, but once he settles, he walks beautifully and really enjoys being out exploring.
