River

Are you right for River?Meet this gorgeous girl, River! She is an approximately 5 year old Akita looking for her forever home. She has not had the best start in life, but despite this, she is incredibly friendly and and is described as a 'gentle soul'. River does mix with larger dogs but ideally would be an only dog in the home, she can live with children 11yrs+ that are confident around bigger dogs. River will need some work on her basic training due to her history, but she is intelligent and loves to please her people. She loves a back scratch and a good zoom around the garden. She is wonderful on lead despite her size, and she is a super clever girl so has learnt a few exciting tricks in her time with us.
