Roger

Roger is a 3-month-old cockerpoo puppy who is looking for a special home to help him discover that the world isn't such a scary place! Roger hasn't had the best start in life and has had a sheltered upbringing, meaning he can find meeting new people and experiencing new things quite overwhelming. He will need adopters who understand that confidence takes time and are happy to go at his pace. Although initially worried, Roger does begin to warm up to people with time, patience and gentle encouragement. He could potentially share his home with another calm, independent dog who could help show him that the world isn't so scary (pending a successful mix here at the centre). However, introductions would need to be carefully managed and a slow integration in the home is essential, as Roger will need his own space and time to settle initially.
