Introducing Romy, a stunning Welsh Foxhound x Collie (we think!) who is now 16 weeks old. She was born in a barn, where she spent the first five weeks of her life. Her mum, Athena, had been living rough in the same area for 4–5 years, managing to avoid capture all that time. Once we became aware of her situation, she was safely trapped along with her little ones and the rest, as they say, is history! Romy has grown into a confident, cheeky, and affectionate young girl who truly embraces life. She’s full of curiosity, loves to explore, and is always eager to learn. She gets on well with other dogs, is respectful, and quickly learns boundaries from the older dogs around her. Romy could happily be rehomed either as an only dog or with canine companions, and she could also live with a confident cat.
