Roo is a 5-year-old Dachshund who needs a little time to get to know you, but with patience and understanding, she’ll begin to feel safe and comfortable in your company. She’s a girl who appreciates the quieter things in life and feels happiest when she knows what to expect. Roo enjoys going for walks in peaceful areas, taking in the world at her own pace, and is happy to meet calm, friendly dogs along the way. She loves routine and predictability, so a calm, settled home where life is a little more on the quiet side would suit her perfectly. She is House-trained, loves a cosy bed and gives the best couch cuddles. Roo is looking for owners who will be around to keep her company, give her the time she needs to build trust and let her settle in at her own pace.
