Chase is looking for a foster home this weekend.Chase is a two-year-old Labrador who is coming to us as his elderly owner cannot handle his strength now.Chase lived with Shiloh, a little spaniel who came to us before Christmas and his owner has come to the sad decision that he must give up Chase too.Chase is said to be very wary around children so we are looking for a child-free or older child (teenage plus) home for him.He could live as an only dog or with a neutered female.He isn’t cat tested.Chase is said to be quite reactive on the lead according to his owner and can be quite vocal to when he sees other dogs.One of our lovely volunteers therefore went to meet Chase to take him for a walk at the weekend to assess him on a lead and she found no issues with him at all. She said Chase greeted her enthusiastically at the door and jumped up for fuss and attention.
