Roxy

Roxy is a beautiful young lady (2) with bags of energy, she greeted our volunteer like she had always known her. She was out for a walk when they arrived at her home but she can be vocal when visitors arrive to her home. Roxy will bark at anything moving outside her home when she is left alone, so she is kept away from the front of the house when there is no-one home. She has free run of the house otherwise, and is happy to settle til her humans return. She loves her humans but likes to push the boundarys when there is food around that she would like to eat. Her new home would need to be mindful of leaving food out. Roxy can be reactive and vocal when she sees other dogs out on a walk and is currently walked on a halti as well as a harness, as she is very strong when she pulls. Her owners do not let her off-lead very often in case Roxy sees another dog and runs off towards them but she does enjoy regular and long walks. Her recall is not great when distracted!
