Meet Ruby, a beautiful 8-month-old pup who arrived in our care alongside her companion Billy after her previous family's circumstances changed. She is a friendly, happy, and affectionate young dog with a wonderful temperament. Ruby has no history of guarding or aggression toward people or other dogs, and she previously lived comfortably in a home with another dog and children.As a high-energy puppy who is set to grow into a large, strong adult, Ruby is still learning her manners and requires an owner dedicated to her ongoing training. She walks fairly well on the lead overall, but her eager personality means she can pull strongly when she sees other dogs or people to greet them. Our team is currently working on keeping all four paws on the ground during greetings, though her excitement often gets the better of her.Due to her lively nature, we recommend a cat-free household.
