Rufus

Are you right for Rufus?Rufus is a very handsome 2 year old Dogue de Bordeaux cross with a wonderfully soft and gentle nature. He’s been friendly with everyone he’s met so far and has a calm, affectionate way about him that makes him very easy to love. This sweet boy enjoys attention and cuddles but Rufus has sometimes found the kennel environment a little stressful and when he has been feeling worried he has been known to freeze and needing some encouragement to start moving again but we feel like this may be kennel based and once he is settled in a home he will thrive. Once comfortable, Rufus can be left for around 1-4 hours and he could live with older primary school children. Rufus would like to live in a cat-free household and a home where he is the only dog but he can have doggy friends to socialise and go on walks with. Rufus would benefit from his own private garden but he could also use a communal garden.
