Sam

Born in May 2021 Sam (Rentfrew Lad) is a lovely brindle boy who is very friendly and wags his tail a lot. Although he has only just arrived he has settled in well and joined us on our January walk.Sam needs an adult only home.Update 29/01/26 We have had some great feedback from Sam’s volunteer who walked him on our January walk.“I had the pleasure of taking new arrival Sam to the monthly walk in Clare. Sam was a delight to spend time with and he travelled very well in the car with fellow kennel hound Jadie. He particularly liked when the window was open, smelling all the curious scents from the countryside around us! On the walk Sam was quite strong on the lead, however during times when the greyhounds in front of us were out of sight, he calmed right down. I think he probably just wants to be at the front of the pack and the excitement of being around all the other greyhounds – he just isn’t used to these sorts of walks so I definitely think this will improve in time.
