Description
After spending several months in foster care building her confidence, Sandy is finally ready to find a family of her very own. Watching her grow has been incredibly rewarding, and while she will need a patient and understanding home, the progress she has made shows just how much potential she has. Sandy is a gentle, affectionate girl who absolutely loves being close to her people. Once she trusts you, you’ll often find her curled up on the sofa beside you, happily snoozing or leaning in for a fuss. She’s also fantastic with visitors, provided they’re introduced calmly, and has happily settled down next to guests for a cuddle and a nap. She enjoys her walks much more now and has made fantastic progress with other dogs. While her training is still ongoing, she is becoming increasingly confident when passing or meeting dogs out and about, and she’s much calmer and more relaxed than when she first arrived in foster care.
