Meet Shadow (aka Shadrack) Shadow is a big-hearted goofball looking for his forever home — one that’s adults-only and filled with patience, understanding, and love. This handsome sighthound came to us as a welfare case after living in a car, so the world is still a pretty new and sometimes overwhelming place for him. Because of this, Shadow needs someone who will take things slowly, helping him build confidence through calm, positive experiences and continued training. Shadow can get overexcited or bark in new situations — sometimes he just doesn’t quite know what to do with all his energy! But once you’ve earned his trust, you’ll find he’s incredibly funny, affectionate, and loyal. He’s the kind of dog who will keep you smiling every day.
