Shan

Shan is a sweet girl who isn't blessed with much confidence, but that is not to say she is a nervous dog. In her kennel she is playful and will roll over for a belly rub, but outside in the big wide world she can get a little anxious, we think she might be a real life Scooby Doo! She would be well suited as a second dog or to an owner who has a bit of patience to guide her through life as she will make a great companion once she has processed her anxieties! Shan gets on well with other greyhounds and larger breeds, but proving there is a confident girl in there somewhere, Shan will need more work around smaller breeds, and cats are a definite no! She travels well in the car, but you will definitely have to be able to lift her in as the prospect of jumping into the boot is far too scary for her!
