Shandy

Wonderful Shandy has been with us for a very long time. Shandy came to us from Romania shut down and scared of humans, with a lot of love and patience we showed her that the human hand can be kind and caring. By taking everything at Shandy's pace we now have the most wonderful, food crazy, affectionate love bug! Shandy is the first in line to greet her human friends for cuddles and fuss, to see how far she has come is a beautiful thing for us to see.She is 7 years old and has been with us coming up to 5 years now! It took us 18 months to be able to touch her and even longer to show her the outside world and see her truly blossom.Last November, after a lot of hard work and trust building, we started our lead work with Shandy and she has surprised us with how much she enjoys her walks, her tail wags the whole time and she just loves all the new smells of her new world!
