Skyla

Skyla is a bright and sparky Yorkshire Terrier cross who is based at Battersea Old Windsor.Skyla loves nothing more than playing with her toys and little tennis balls are her favourite. She will keep herself entertained but also can sometimes bark for attention when she wants more play time!Once people get to know Skyla, she enjoys a cuddle and likes to sit on a lap. She doesn’t stay still for long however and is a busy little dog. When she first meets new people she can be vocal and is easily spooked so any new owners should go slow with her and allow her to approach them in her own time.Skyla has a unique quirk and reacts at planes when they fly overhead. When they fly overhead at low altitude, she can bark and spin on the lead and becomes fixated on them. The team at Battersea Old Windsor have put some training in place for her which is going well but this will need to be continued.
