Smudge

Please meet Smudge who has come back into our care recently. Smudge was originally an unclaimed stray and arrived in appalling condition, he was underweight and suffering from an untreated flea allergy which was treated before he was adopted. Smudge is a 5y.o Beddlington x Whippet and we're sure you’ll agree he’s a very handsome chap indeed. He is super people friendly and adores any human attention he can get!! We don’t think he’s had the best life before arriving with us, but despite his past he’s the happiest little soul who just wants to please.Smudge is dog friendly but can get a little over excited in play, especially with small dogs. He would really benefit from being rehomed with a resident dog, a calm, tolerant dog either the same size as him or bigger would be ideal. He will not be rehomed with cats. Smudge walks calmly on the lead and travels quietly in the car. Smudge would be better suited to a retired person or someone who works from home as he’s not keen on being left on...
