Snoop

At just 1-year-old, Snoop is a handsome black Lurcher with a huge personality, an even bigger heart, and plenty of brains to match. Snoop is an affectionate, people-loving boy who adores being close to his favourite humans. He's particularly enjoying sofa time in our Meet & Greet room, where he's learning that he doesn't always need to be on the go. Once settled, he's happy having cuddles, giving kisses, playing with toys or showing off his tricks. Snoop does have plenty of energy (in short bursts), and when the zoomies arrive, they're very fast! He can become over-excited when wound up, so he'll need calm, confident handling and someone who can help him learn when it's time to switch off. We've found he responds best to clear, consistent boundaries, praise and toys rather than relying heavily on food rewards, which can make him overly excitable and mouthy.
