At just 1-year-old, Snoop is a handsome black Lurcher with a huge personality, an even bigger heart, and plenty of brains to match. Snoop was adopted at 5-months-old and has recently returned to rescue, since then we've spent time getting to know Snoop as a teenager, and he's shown us what kind of home will help him thrive going forward.Out and about, Snoop has been a pleasure to walk. He's enjoyed social walks with several other dogs, walking calmly alongside them. He's happy to watch livestock, traffic and other distractions before moving on, and has made fantastic progress with his confidence.The only area where Snoop needs understanding is that he can become over-aroused when food rewards are involved or clear boundaries are not set when he's super excited. If he knows treats are available, he can become overexcited and may jump up or mouth in an attempt to get them. However, when treats aren't part of the picture, this behaviour is rarely seen.
