Spike

Spike came to us after his owners found they were unable to cope with his needs. At just 8 months old, he arrived having experienced very little of the outside world and was suffering from severe flea allergies, which had left him half naked. There is still lots for Spike to learn, but he is making great progress and is beginning to discover that the world isn’t quite as frightening as he first thought. He has started getting used to walking on a lead and, being the smart cookie that he is, he picks things up incredibly quickly when given the time and encouragement he needs. He loves trick training and has already learnt sit, down, paw and crawl! He is a really sweet, affectionate and cuddly boy who loves to sit on the lap of his favourite people. Spike has only ever known life with his parents and siblings, so the wider world is still very new to him.
