Meet Stella and Otis, a beautiful mother-and-son duo who are searching for a fresh start and a loving home together.They arrived in our care after their owners made the difficult decision to ask for help when they could no longer provide the care the dogs needed.When Stella arrived, she was significantly underweight and weighed around half of what she should have. Thanks to regular meals, veterinary care and lots of TLC, she has already gained more than 3kg and continues to make fantastic progress. Despite everything she has been through, Stella has remained a happy, friendly and affectionate little dog who loves people.
