Are you right for Tetley?Underdog Tetley is a clever affectionate boy that will do anything for a snack. Tetley lost his leg when he was only a puppy, and he was also born deaf. He has been a superstar at adapting to life differently to most other dogs, and he still lives his life to the max. Once Tetley knows you, he loves sitting on the sofa and having a cuddle, but it can take some time for him to trust you. Tetley is a sensitive boy and is worried by strangers (particularly children) approaching him, he can get startled easily with this due to him being deaf and so he will need to be kept on lead and muzzled in public. He will also require his own private secure garden to mooch about in and would like to live with no other pets or children. Tetley will need potential adopters to come to the centre to meet him multiple times and the Training and Behaviour team will be on hand to support you through the adoption process from start to finish.
