Tommy

This Handsome boy is Tommy. He can be unsure when meeting new people but he does soon come around especially if you have a tasty treat. We are looking for an experienced home for Tommy where he can take his time getting to know and trust new people and gaining his confidence in different surroundings. He can be a bit growly when he is scared and unsure so we need to make sure the new adopter has the experience to know when to give him space and let him come around in his own time.Previous experience with German Spitz is preferred.Tommy has socialised well with other dogs whilst in our care although he can be quite vocal with them but we feel following a successful meet and greet could be rehomed with another small dog.As Tommy came into the home as a stray we don’t have any previous history on him so we would like any children/visiting children in the home to be 16+ years.Applications that are successful will be provided with further information on each dog to the best of the charity’s...
