Toucan

Toucan is a very handsome and active boy who originally came to us from a breeder. He was adopted for a short period of time, but unfortunately found himself back in rescue. Toucan is a bright and friendly boy. He can be quite worried when meeting new people, but given time to build a bond, forms lovely relationships with his humans. He is affectionate and engaging, and with the right guidance, will make a wonderful addition to a committed home. He is an active lad who loves his walks and exploring the world around him. At present, he can be strong on the lead as he is eager to get out and sniff everything he sees, so his adopters will need to continue working on his lead training and help him learn to walk more calmly. He is currently being trained to walk on a halti here. His absolute favourite thing in the world is playing with a ball and he just lives to play fetch! He would choose his ball over a treat any day and has proven himself to be the best ball catcher the rescue has seen!...
