Meet Wellie! This sweet boy has been in our care for over 300 days and is such a gentle soul, he is very much still in his puppy stages and doesn’t have a firm understanding of boundaries and can be a little mouthy when he gets overexcited so would need ongoing training and socialisation. Wellie is such an affectionate lad who loves nothing more than sitting on your knee and having a cuddle, and will roll onto his back for belly rubs.Wellie’s favourite thing to do is play with his toys in our compound, playing fetch and having the space to run so will need a private secure garden. Wellie loves going for long walks exploring the area with the staff and volunteers, he can be strong on lead at first but calms down quickly. Once he is back in his kennel he will chill out and have a nap on his nice cosy bed.Wellie also enjoys enrichment toys such as kongs and snuffle mats that help keep him occupied when in the kennel to help give him the mental stimulation he needs.Wellie has interacted we...
