Wellington

Wellington is a loveable Lurcher who enjoys nothing more than spending time with his favourite people and relaxing. He is based at Battersea Old Windsor. When Wellington first came into our care, he could be a little worried when out on walks and found new experiences overwhelming. Over time he has grown in confidence and now approaches walks with much more enthusiasm and can be bouncy at times. Although he has made great progress, his new owners should go slow to start with and expect Wellington to take some time to settle. Wellington is friendly with people but he can sometimes get a little carried away and jump up in excitement so his new owners will need to work on his training, but this is just because he's so happy to see people. He can have some scatty moments, which are great fun, but he does calm quickly after these. He may be able to live with another dog pending successful introductions.
