Winnie

Urgent appeal for dog-free, cat-free, child-free temporary foster home for Winnie, Cavalier x Poodle, within 3 hours of Kent. Winnie has bitten her foster carer’s dog. We need to move her urgently. She's a sweetheart but is unpredictable. She cannot be around children. Can't live with dogs/cats. Winnie needs a foster home with a large, flat, easily accessible garden direct from the home. She has hip dysplasia and back pain - now on medication, but can't be walked on a lead. She is very good around chickens, sheep and other livestock. She was very overweight and needs to lose more. She must not be given human food/titbits as this encourages her to resource-guard and snatch without warning. Only offer if your home is a match for Winnie’s needs and if you can get forms filled in and have a homecheck straight away. If you have holiday coming up this year, this won’t work for fostering Winnie. Although initially seeking a foster home, you could foster with a view to adopting her.
