Zelda

Meet Zelda! Zelda was very nervous and unsure when she first came into us and would hide in the back of her kennel. It took a few days but the staff managed to win her around with lots of TLC and of course some tasty treats. She is still a little timid with new people. Zelda is a friendly and affectionate girl but she doesn’t like going to the vets and being restrained, this is something the staff are working on with her at the moment and the new adopter will need to continue this to help her relax in a veterinary environment. With lots of reward based training we believe she can conquer this fear. Zelda enjoys her time in our compound with her toys and going for walks exploring the area. We believe Zelda would benefit from a private secure garden.Zelda has interacted well with other dogs whilst in our care and is very playful so we feel she could be rehomed with another playful dog of similar size following a successful meet and greet.
