Are you right for Abby? Meet lovely Abby, an 11 year old Bichon Frise who came into our care through no fault of her own after her owner became very unwell. Abby is a sweet girl who enjoys her toys, lovely walks and little adventures, although she’ll happily let you know when it’s time to head home for a cosy snooze! She can be a little unsure and avoidant when meeting new people or experiencing changes, but with time, patience and reassurance, she’ll start to feel more comfortable. Abby hasn’t had many opportunities to experience the wider world recently, so she’ll need someone who can help her build her confidence gently and at her own pace. She would love a quieter home where she can settle in, and although she may prefer her own space at home, she does enjoy meeting other dogs and would love some doggy friends out on her walks.
