Alfie

Alfie is a 7-year-old Rottweiler who is looking for a new home due to a change in family circumstances. He is friendly and affectionate once he knows you, although he can initially be wary of unfamiliar people. Alfie enjoys his walks and has lived around other dogs, although he can be unsure of some dogs following a previous bad experience. He has little experience with cats and may chase. Alfie can also find grooming, handling and vet visits stressful, so will need patient owners who are happy to build his confidence gradually.
