Alice

6 year old Alice joined us in September last year and soon settled in. This lovely girl, even though she is six years of age, is very fit for her age and does look forward to her daily walks. Alice is a character, is full of personality and doesn't want to miss a thing. She especially loves toys and to pinch them off other greyhounds if possible! Alice is a very affectionate girl with all our volunteers and also loves to spend time with the other greyhounds. She has spent some time in our enrichment (home from home) room and enjoys playing with toys and watching the TV. Alice has recently enjoyed several days out with one of our experienced volunteers and we’re told she enjoyed all the new experiences on offer, and was very relaxed when visiting their home afterwards. Alice travels well in the car too. Due to all the work undertaken by our volunteers Alice is a much more settled girl now compared to when she arrived with us.
