Auburn

Auburn came to us from a breeder to begin her journey toward the loving forever home she so deserves. When she first arrived, she was a very scared little girl who found the sudden change to a new and unfamiliar environment extremely overwhelming. With very little previous socialisation, Auburn initially found human interaction quite worrying and needed plenty of time, patience, and gentle reassurance to begin settling.Over the past couple of weeks, Auburn has been learning all about kindness and how to relax around people. She has made lovely progress in this time and has gained a noticeable amount of confidence. While she is still unsure about being touched, she is now much more comfortable in our presence and will often choose to sit quite close by when we are on the floor with her – especially if food is involved!
