13-11-25 Ava has come to us from a breeder and is an absolute heartbreaker. This beautiful lady has clearly had a difficult past, she has completely shut down and seems to have lost faith in life. Despite this, she is incredibly easy to handle and quietly allows you to do anything with her, showing just how gentle and trusting she can be underneath her sadness.Ava has arrived very overweight and will need a kind, loving home to help her on her journey back to health. More importantly, she needs a family who will show her that the world isn’t a scary place and that life can be full of love, warmth, and happiness. Ava will need a kind and confident resident dog to take her under their wing and help show her the ropes of home life.She seems to feel more comfortable around women and is currently quite fearful of men, so her adopters will need to be patient and understanding as she learns to trust again.
