Description
Barbara is a sensitive girl who needs an understanding and patient family willing to take time to get to know her and allow her to thrive. We have no history for her, she was dumped outside a rescue and was terrified, clearly previously bred from. She lacks trust in people and struggles around handling, so needs a family willing to take things slow and continue with her desensitization training and for this reason needs to be in an adult only home. Once Barb knows you, she becomes playful and will have small amounts of fuss around her head and shoulders. She has really come on a lot already, and is an incredibly funny character. Barbara loves toys and has been really enjoying spending time in the office with a cosy bed and lots of toys to play with. Barbara needs to be the only dog in the home as she prefers her own space but might gradually accept walking companions.
