However, many of my friends still need adopting.Baxter is a gentle older chap with a wonderfully sweet nature, and he’s now searching for the perfect retirement home where he can truly settle. He’s happiest when life is calm and predictable, and would love a peaceful environment with quiet, local walks right on the doorstep. Travelling isn’t something he finds easy, so a home where he doesn’t need to go far will help him feel secure and comfortable.Baxter isn’t keen on meeting other dogs and prefers his own space, so he’ll need to be walked in areas where he’s unlikely to encounter many canine neighbours.
