Beautiful Benson is a six-year-old Golden Retriever looking for a patient home where emotional support is just as important as exercise. He needs adopters who understand that confidence takes time and are happy to gradually build up alone time and continue day-to-day training. While he can feel anxious around traffic and unfamiliar environments, he copes well with calm guidance and would suit life in a quieter location, such as a small town or on the outskirts of a city. Benson would be happiest in a home with older children who understand dog body language and can give him space when he feels overwhelmed.
