Betsy

Sweet little Betsy has been with us a little while now whilst she got to know us, and we can determine what sort of home she needs. Betsy came to us after her owner was wanting her put to sleep after an incident occurred in the home with a visitor. We however believe that with the right owner, and home environment she will only flourish. Betsy is crate trained and is happy enough to take herself off to her crate when a situation gets too much for her. Betsy will will need a firm, confident owner who is prepared to put in boundaries within the home so she knows what’s expected of her, and that she can’t get away with things either. Given there have been a few incidents in the home Betsy will need a pet and child free home so 100% of the focus can be on Betsy and her further training. Within kennels, Betsy can still be nervous of meeting new people, but has started going out with more & more volunteers and growing in confidence around them.
