Big Bruno

Bruno is a Mastiff cross, estimated to be around 17 months old, who came into our care after being abandoned as a fake stray.When Bruno first arrived, he was an extremely worried young dog who found the world overwhelming. He is still learning about the world around him and can be unsure of loud noises and unfamiliar surroundings. Through patience, training and positive experiences, he has made fantastic progress and continues to grow in confidence.Bruno is a big, powerful lad who is expected to reach around 70kg when fully grown. Our staff have worked incredibly hard building his lead manners and confidence. He has progressed beautifully, but due to his size and strength he will need a confident owner with large breed experience who can continue his training and development.Our staff and behaviour team have also worked closely with Bruno on his impulse control and resource guarding.
