Billy

We’re looking for the holy grail of homes for this special boy. We know the odds are totally against us but we won’t give up. Poor Billy was just hours from being left behind. At risk of abandonment in a cold, empty property with no food, no water and no way out, he would have starved to death and we couldn’t let that happen. Billy is a 6 year old Jackapoo now in the care of One Wish. It’s heart-breakingly clear that he’s been through trauma. He’s frightened, unsure, and sometimes reacts aggressively out of fear. Billy is currently fearful of human touch and will bite if he is put in a position that he isn't comfortable with. He needs a completely hands-off approach, with eventual, gentle introductions to touch. He's a very complex boy who has been deeply traumatised in his previous life.
