Blake

Blake is a a very happy boy who will always greet you with lots of tail wags and a smile! He is a very sweet boy who is chilled out in his kennel but also enjoys his walks with our volunteers. He walks very nicely on the lead. He likes the company of other greyhounds and is very happy to share his kennel space and beds. He has also interacted well with other dogs so we do feel he would be happy to live in a home with another dog of a similar size – subject to a successful meet and greet.We feel that Blake would prefer to live in a household where children are 12 years or older – subject to a successful meet.As Blake has come in to our care from an ex racing background, he does have a high prey drive – no cats or small animals in the home for Blake! He will have also spent a lot of his time in kennels, so adjusting to life in a home may be a little scary for him! So we are looking for a family that are happy to work through this and help him settle in to his new home.He is a lovely boy ...
