Bobby

Bobby, born 1/11/2013, is a lovely senior whippet who has landed at Windyway following the death of his previous owner. She had rehomed him due to her failing health but he was left tied up at the house recently and found there by the owner's son. He is unable to take Bobby on so asked us to step in. Bobby is a sweet boy, very gentle, and good with people and other dogs. He can't live with cats. Bobby can initially seem a little distant, we think he's missing his owner. He is quite stressed in the kennels and we would love to get him out into a home where he can settle and bond with a new person, and enjoy his golden years being loved and cared for in a safe and loving home. Bobby has seen our vet and started his vaccinations. He is in relatively good health for his age, but does have a heart murmur. He is chipped but not castrated. While he's otherwise fit we will most likely leave him entire due to the additional risk surgery would pose to his heart. He isn't currently on any medicat...
