Bruno

Bruno is a lovely Dachshund who is looking for a new home through no fault of his own. The world can sometimes feel like a scary place for Bruno, and he can be unsure around unfamiliar dogs and men. He will need a patient and understanding home that will give him the time and space he needs to settle in, build trust and gain confidence at his own pace. Bruno came into our care alongside his daughter, Floss, and they could be rehomed together or separately. As both dogs can find other dogs scary, we would sadly not be looking to rehome Bruno with a resident dog. We’re looking for a home for Bruno with someone who understands Dachshunds and their breed traits, and who can offer him the reassurance, patience and love he needs to feel safe and secure. Getting to know him may take a little time, but giving him that chance to build a bond at his own pace will be so important.
