Candy

Candy is a 2-year-old Staffy mix who came into our care as a stray.Candy is a confident girl who is learning more about the world every day and taking everything in her stride. It’s been lovely to see her confidence grow and her personality shine brighter with each new experience.Candy absolutely loves people and enjoys spending time with everyone she meets. She has formed strong bonds with our walkers and thrives on human affection. Her cutest ears are always on display, especially when she’s excited to see her favourite people.Candy walks well on the lead and knows a lovely sit. She may be a little excited at the start of a walk, but she soon settles and walks nicely. She passes other dogs well, provided they don’t shout or react towards her.She is continuing to work on her social skills with other dogs alongside our behaviour team.
