Meet Charming Charlie! Charlie came to us through another rescue center and we believe him to be a Labrador cross Rottweiler mix, so although he is on the smaller side now, he may grow to be a large dog. He is a friendly, affectionate boy young who quickly wins people over with his playful nature and wagging tail.When he first arrived he was a little bouncy and full of excitement, but once he settled in he began to show some lovely manners and a real willingness to learn. Charlie is very food motivated and has been a joy to train, happily showing off his growing skills on a loose lead.He enjoys playing with both people and other dogs, and can be a bit vocal when he is excited or frustrated. Although his gregarious Labrador traits are certainly present, we are also starting seeing his Rottweiler characteristics come through. Namely—he barkedat an unknown person in the park and can be quite strong on lead and vocally frustrated around other dogs at times. There is nothing of concern seen...
