Charlie

5yrs old Charlie is a lovely boy who really needs a home to call his own, he has learned so much while in our care and is ready to become part of a loving family.When Charlie first came to NWESSR he was quite traumatised by finding himself in kennels, but with patience and understanding he has relaxed and learnt so much. He is accomplished at ‘sit and stay’, gives a paw, high fives and nose touches. His recall is fine and he understands ‘drops for swaps’ especially as he is treat orientated. He adores swimming and absolutely loves sniffing games especially in the woods and is very good at them!Charlie is walked with another young NWESSR dog who he tolerates remarkably well. He is strong on the lead, but is learning loose lead walking and this will improve with repetition. Our dogwalker sums him up as follows; he is an “absolute heart melter”.
