Meet Charlie! Charlie is looking for a patient and understanding forever home. Charlie can be a little nervous when meeting new people and may bark initially. He needs someone who understands that he simply needs a little time to feel safe and comfortable. With patience, gentle encouragement and a few tasty treats, Charlie will soon start to come around and show you what a sweet boy he really is. Once he knows you, Charlie is an affectionate and loving little chap who absolutely adores a good belly rub. Charlie enjoys going out for walks and is good on the lead, making walks a lovely part of his routine. He can be nervous around loud or unexpected noises, so he would benefit from an owner who will build his confidence gradually and never rush him. Charlie does have a luxating patella. At present, this isn’t causing him any problems and he is comfortable, but it is something his future adopter will need to be aware of and monitor.
