Meet Chico, our cheeky Frenchie!
Chico came to Battersea as a stray with no history apart from having lived with another dog who he was friendly, playful and affectionate with, although there was a squabble or 2 over a tennis ball.
Since arriving at Battersea, Chico has shown to be a sweet and affectionate lad, who, despite entering his senior years at almost 7, still have plenty of energy for playing. Chico loves his people and loves cuddles as well as toy play and going for walks.
Although he previously lived with another dog, Chico has displayed mostly sexual behaviour with other dogs. Due to this he's best suited being the only dog in his new home while his socialisation is continued in a neutral space outside of the home.
Chico can live with older children, while a private garden would be beneficial, it is not essential for this lad. He's shown no sensitivities onsite so could live in any location with a dedicated single carer.
