Chip came into our care after he was removed from a property by one of our inspectors.Chip was in a poor condition when he arrived at the centre, he was malnourished and suffering with a severe case of aspiration pneumonia. He was quickly placed into a foster home with one of the team so he could receive around the clock care. Sadly during his recovery, Chip had to fight a second round of phneumonia when ended up with him being hospitalised for 5 days.Thankfully with the care of the vet team and his fosterer, Chip is now thriving and ready to find a permanent home he can call his own. Unfortunately Chip is now prone to pneumonia so needs understanding and vigilant owners who will be happy to tackle this if it is to reoccur.Chip can be a little shy at first and does find new people and surroundings a little worrying so will need his new humans to be understanding of this and introduce him to new things gradually. Once he trusts you, his fun and loving personality really shines through! ...
