Coco

This potato is Coco, a 5 year old petite Bulldog who sadly arrived in our care as a stray.When she first arrived at the centre, Coco was so scared. She could barely see out of her eyes as they were crusted over with gunk that had been left uncleaned for a long time. She was severely under her needed weight, clearly having missed many much needed meals. Coco also had overgrown claws which caused her pain when she walked.Her face folds and ears were full of dirt, causing them to be red and very sore. She was very good at letting us gently clean her up to help her feel a little more comfortable.After her initial settling in period, Coco was whisked away to see the vet. Coco was prescribed eye medication to help treat her dry eye condition. This is likely to be lifelong, but it is affordable and she is very good at having her drops applied. She was also prescribed ear drops to treat her ear infection.Coco soon felt like a new woman. She was able to enjoy her walks and meet all the wonderfu...
