Cooper is the more nervous of the two and he will need time and patience to get used to his new family and routines. At the moment they are not getting enough regular exercise, and their new family will need to be prepared to manage two dogs with different energy levels – Cooper loves a walk and is always up for an adventure; Daisy is more sedate and would probably prefer to snooze on the sofa, especially if the weather isn’t to her taste! They bark at strangers and larger dogs but will usually settle quickly enough. Despite being an active boy, Cooper is unsure about many things outside the home and will bark at unexpected surprises such as wheelie bins and cyclists. He can also bark and lunge at people who approach him too quickly and unexpectedly, but he has never bitten and will be manageable with patient, consistent handling.
